Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. We also accept PayPal payments.

If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website to log in and complete your payment.

After the transaction is completed, you will be redirected back to our store's website

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving your returned item.

However, your bank may take several days to return the payment to your account.

Please allow up to ten business days after returning the item before contacting us about your refund.

We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.

Where is my order confirmation?

Your order confirmation is automatically sent to your email when you place an order.

If you haven’t received it within 24 hours, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

If you still haven't received it, contact us at service@bytetecpeak.co.uk in case there is an issue with your order.

How can I cancel my order?

There is only a short window between placing your order and it being processed.

If you contact us immediately after placing the order at service@bytetecpeak.co.uk. we may be able to cancel it before it is processed.

If your order has already been shipped, you can return it after receiving it if you no longer want the item

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return an item within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

What should I do if I lose my return label?

We send return labels via email.

If you can find the original email, simply print a new copy.

If you cannot find the email, contact us and request a new return label to be sent
